WHAT can be returned?
We only accept returns if an item is defective, different to the described item or has been damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible to begin the process.
We unfortunately do not accept returns if you change your mind. Please decide carefully before purchasing your item.
WHEN do you need to contact us?
If an item qualifies for a return, please contact us withing 7 days of receiving the item. Failure to do so may result in the item being void for returns. Please provide as much detail and when applicable with photographic evidence.
HOW do you return items?
Once we are satisfied with the validity of the item to be returned, we will provide you with information on methods to return the item. This can include mail, in-store or other options.
If an item needs to be shipped, we ask that you pack the item carefully to avoide damage during transit.
WHAT happens next?
Depending on the situation, we may provide you with Store Credit, a Full Refund or a Replacement item. This will be completed as soon as possible after you agree to the resolution.
